Ricky Marco is the Managing Director & Construction Manager
With over 28 years’ experience in the building industry, Ricky is a qualified Licensed Builder and experienced Project Manager.
Rick is passionate about his role in growing and leading the SBS team to reach the company’s objectives. His goal is to connect with the customer from the very beginning of their building journey while building luxurious custom-built homes throughout the Newcastle and Hunter Valley region.
In his spare time Rick enjoys spending quality time with his family on getaways and riding motorbikes. He supports the Cronulla Sharks in the NRL and devotes a lot of time to personal development.
Ben Gibb,
Sales Executive & Project Manager
Ben is our Sales Executive & Project Manager.
With 16+ years in the residential construction industry, he brings a comprehensive construction skill and knowledge base.
Ben is a Qualified Carpenter, Residential Builder, Building designer and Project Manager. He dedicates his focus to smooth and efficient project delivery, as well as developing and maintaining strong, positive and lasting client relationships.
Fun loving, easy to talk to doesn’t take life to serious, the perfect combination and fit for our team.
Ben is a father of 2 young boys and enjoys every spare minute coaching both their soccer teams, Camping, fishing and Footy.
